Kylene Golubski
Kylene Golubski is VP of Business Development for Merrymeeting, Inc. (MMI), a Cleveland-based franchise acquisition and development firm. She oversees operations for 3 of MMI’s franchised brands: Inner Circle, Inspect-It 1st Property Inspection, and MTO Cleaning Services.
"This is the first franchise opportunity I have felt compelled to become personally vested in. I continuously witness the impact Inner Circle has on people’s businesses and lives, and I am excited to bring that to the Cleveland community."
Kylene will be overseeing the launch of Inner Circles for Young Professionals, and is the contact person for anyone wishing to own an Inner Circle franchise within Ohio.
Kylene graduated from John Carroll University with BS degrees in Marketing and Logistics and a minor in Public Relations, and earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
John Davies
John Davies started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, an international accounting and consulting services firm. He subsequently joined the Progressive Corporation and was the President and General Manager of Progressive's Diversified Business Group, a specialty underwriting and insurance services operation. John left Progressive to become the CEO of Netrex, LLC, a New York based private equity investment firm specializing in buying and developing insurance and auto related businesses.
John earned a BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. He also holds the following professional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). John is also a licensed insurance broker.
